Cancellation and Refund Policy

 
 
At DIGIKS INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless learning experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your enrollment or seek a refund. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have implemented the following refund/cancellation policy:
 
Cancellation Requests
 
Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and access to the course materials has been granted, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds will be granted for the following reasons.
 
Involuntary Enrollment: If you enroll in a course unintentionally or without your knowledge, you may request a full refund within 2 days of enrollment.
 
Refund Processing
 
In case your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 9-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 
Exceptions
 
Refunds will not be granted for partial completion of courses.
 
Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been accessed for more than trail period.
 
Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been downloaded or printed.
 
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for services that are part of a bundle or subscription package.
 
No Refunds for Perishable Content: Refunds will not be issued for content that is considered perishable, such as live sessions or limited-time access materials.
 
 
 
Refunds-Sakal Jobs:
 
  Refunds will be granted for the following reasons.
 
Involuntary Subscription: If you subscribe for a service unintentionally or without your knowledge, you may request along with justification and evidence for a full refund within 1 day of subscription.

No Refunds for Released Notices: Refunds will not be granted for jobs notifications or advertisements allready released.
 
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for services that are part of a bundle or subscription package.
 
No Refunds for Perishable Content: Refunds will not be issued for content that is considered perishable, such as live sessions or limited-time access materials.
